1. Check-Out Time is 12:00 noon

2. Quiet Hours are 10:00 pm - 8:00 am. No loud cars or motorcycles at any time.

3. There is a 10 mph speed limit in the park.

4. Children under 18 must be accompanied by parent in bathhouse, at the pool and after sunset.

Bicycle riding is limited to our field and woods.

We prefer children in diapers not to be in the pool.

6. Pets: Aggressive dogs of any breed are not welcome at The Clark Family Campground.

If your dog shows behavior that is protective and unfriendly to strangers...
we will have to ask you to please find other camping accommodations.

All dogs are required to be under the control and visual observation of their owner at all times.

A 6' (six foot) leash rule is in effect whenever the animal is outside the owner's trailer, motor home, or vehicle.

 No dog may be left tied up and unattended outside the owner's camping equipment.

Allowing your pet to bark uncontrollably day or night will not be permitted...
you may be asked to leave if you are not able to control your pet's barking behavior.

Service dogs of any breed are welcome.
However, these animals must follow leash restraint policies and may not exhibit aggressive behavior.

We do not allow pets in our Camping Cabin or on the Cabin Site At Any Time.

Pets in our campground must have valid proof of rabies vaccination.

The pool

Hours

Sunday Through Thursday

Open 8:00 am Until 8:00 pm (May-Oct)
Open 8:00 am Until 9:00 pm (Oct-May)

Friday and Saturday

Open 8:00 am Until 9:00 pm

Children Under 18 Must Be Accompanied By Parent or Guardian At All Times.
(if you leave the pool area, your children must exit the pool)
We prefer children in diapers not to be in the pool.
 

No Food or Drinks Inside The Pool Area.
No Diving At Any Time.
No Running or Wild Play "In" or "Around" The Pool Area.
No Loud or "Age Inappropriate" Music.
No Foul Language.
Do Not Sit, Stand, or Play On Buoy Rope.

Please be Respectful to others.
 

Site Maintenance

1. All trash for pickup (at 10:00 am and 4:00 pm) must be in plastic bags.
Please do not set it out after 4:00 pm.
You may convey your own trash to the dumpster (located next to the propane station).
No external garbage cans are allowed.

 ( * ) 2. No storage around trailers of tires, boats or misc. objects.
No external washers or dryers or unsightly refrigerators are permitted. Storage cabinets must be neat and orderly and on the patio.

 ( * ) 3. Resident trailers must be washed often enough that they are not green or dirty.
Any trailer with improper storage or unclean appearance will be subject to a site rent increase of $25.00 per month.

Guests And fees
 

1. Non camping guests must be registered by their host with our office to use the pool and/or shower.
They are $4.00 per Adult and $2.00 per Child per day.

 ( * ) 2. Rent must be paid on time. There is a $5.00 per day late charge.

 ( * ) 3. Additional RV, Boat and unlicensed automobile storage is not permitted on a campsite...
but is available in the storage area for $20.00 per month per vehicle.

 ( * ) 4. Small dogs are welcome with a $30.00 deposit per animal.
The deposit will be returned if, in the management's opinion, the pet has presented no problems for park residents or property.

For example:

-no digging
-no barking
-failure to clean up after pet
-failure to be present when animal is tied outside
-tie-line or chain exceeds 6 feet in length
-failure to provide proof of valid county license and proof of rabies vaccination

The loss of deposit is not limited to above items.

Cats must be neutered or spayed and have valid county license and proof of rabies vaccination.

 ( * ) Violation of these above rules will result in a $5.00 per violation fine that will be added to monthly rent.

Failure to comply with above rules and/or fines may result in eviction.
