Florida Scrub Jay
Florida scrub jays are rare and live in dry, sandy areas with lots of shrubs and
small trees.
They eat many different foods like acorns, insects and small lizards.
Young jays live with their parents until they are at least two years old.
These young birds help their parents feed and care for the newly hatched jays.
